No hay nada mejor que～ことだ（感慨） -
~Eso es lo que pienso (sentimientos)～のことだから。
"porque..."
Es distinto de ことだ - koto da.
Con ことだ se trata de consejos o advertencias.
勝ちたいなら、一生懸命練習することだ。
Si quieres ganar, practica duro.
ことだ - es una forma de amonestación, es por eso que no se utiliza con personas de rango superior.
No hay forma de pasado, de negación o de pregunta.
日本語の会話が上手になりたいなら、たくさん日本語で話すことだよ。
Nihongo no kaiwa ga jōzu ni naritai nara, takusan nihongo de hanasu koto da yo.
Si quieres mejorar tus habilidades de conversación en japonés, habla mucho japonés.
N2に合格するために、一生懸命勉強することだ。

～ことだ（感慨） - ~Eso es lo que pienso (sentimientos)
ペットを捨てるなんて、本当にひどいことだ。
Abandonar una mascota es algo realmente terrible.
感慨の意味の「～ことだ」は形容詞に接続するが、助言・アドバイスの意味の「～ことだ」は動詞の辞書形・ない形に接続する。
【参考】～ことだ （感慨）
Significa "Es realmente..."
"Koto da", que significa emoción, está conectado a un adjetivo, pero "Koto da", que significa consejo o asesoramiento, está conectado a la forma del diccionario o forma nai de un verbo.
～のことだから。"porque..."
意味は「～なのだから」Significa "porque..."
（例）いつも時間に遅れる田中さんのことだから、待ち合わせの時間には来ないよ
Tanaka siempre llega tarde, por lo que no llegará a tiempo a nuestra reunión.
Cuando se usa al final de una oración, se convierte en ～ことだ
（例）「あれ？まだ太郎帰っていないの？
